Posh Hair By Co Policy

As of January 2020, there are new Rules & Regulations that's being strictly enforce to protect the safety of one another and to better service each client here at PHBC.

1. All appointments require a Deposit. If you're making any future appointments you will now have to pay a minimum deposit of 20$, which will be used toward your scheduled appointment & is nonrefundable if there is a no call/no show/cancellation.

2. PHBC accepts the form of payment, using Cash, Debit or Credit Cards. -When using DC’s or CC’s bring your license.. names will have to be verified due to verification & Fraudulent purposes.

3. If you're coming to your appointment, PLEASE NO EXTRA PEOPLE & NO LITTLE PEOPLE. If doing either we will have to reschedule your appointment. -For there're heavy decors + chemicals + sharp items in the salon & PHBC will not be responsible for any accidents.

4. If you're 15-20 minutes late there will be a 20$ late fee, nonrefundable. If you're more than 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule. - All clients are respected here at PHBC & it's not fair that clients are having to wait due to prior lateness from others. *Lets Respect One Another*

5. If you're coming to get a service & you notice another sitting in my chair receiving a service, please wait in the waiting room. Do not take it upon yourself to come into the servicing room. You will be told to wait back in the waiting room. -Some clients are very private & want to have their private session to themselves. *Again, let's respect one Another*

6. All sales are FINAL once you leave/purchase at PHBC.

7. All Classes are FINAL. All Classes are Nonrefundable.

8. You have 24hours to come have anything that’s needing to be corrected, fixed or reapplied “if” it was improperly done by Stylist. Anythimg after is a fee.

9. If you're buying snacks & drinks PLEASE pay before then.

10. All Frontals & Closures need to be dropped of at least 3-4 days prior before service to be customized.

11. If coming for a consultation of your hair, then you must make an appointment. -Sessions are paid for & as I say we respect each other at PHBC.

12. All customized wig units require a Nonrefundable 50% down deposit on all hair extensions/frontals/closures that are being used. The remaining balance of hair extensions/frontals/closures are included along with FINAL balance of customized wig unit.

-Absolutely, no exceptions! So, please ask questions before purchasing.

13. There will be NO MORE booking through messenger for appointments. All appointments are to be booked online at www.poshhairbyco.com. If you're having a hair emergency ONLY then I will allow you to come by the shop & I squeeze you in at my earliest availability. -I'm very busy & I cannot always reply to my phone then & there. But I will try my best to respond to you at my earliest convenience.

14. Absolutely, NO GOSSIPING ! Doing so I will have to cancel your appointment. -When getting hair done, I strictly want to build a relationship with Client & understand what's the best services we can achieve for Client.

15. Due to COVID-19: All clients will have temperatures checked before getting serviced. If you're sick.. PLEASE, STAY HOME.Also, PHBC will only be accepting 1 client at a time due to Covid. If, you have an appointment & stylist is not finish with other client,, you will need to wait in car until futher notice. All Covid-19 safety regulations are posted in salon. (Please Refer To Covid-19 Safety Rules & Guidelines page for more info).
